Lately, as I’ve been talking to people about my work and sharing the vision I have for Body & Soul Ministries, I’ve realized something profound: Many don’t fully grasp the bigger picture of what I’m doing. Yes, I still offer individual healing sessions—and I will always do that, because they matter—but this isn’t just about me helping one person at a time.
Body & Soul Ministries is about creating something bigger than all of us. It’s about the collective. It’s about healing and growth on a collective level, on a soul-deep level. It’s about creating a community that shows up together, lifts each other up, and elevates the collective consciousness. A community that leads by example and stands unapologetically in their power.
I’ve been holding workshops, classes, and retreats for a few years now, but the truth is: I need more of you. We need more of you. We need people who are ready to rise up, to heal, and to transform—not just themselves, but the world around them. Because when you show up, you create a ripple effect. When you do the work, you heal not only your own wounds but the wounds of humanity.
I can’t do this alone, and I know I don’t have to. We are in this together. But I need you to step into your power, to stop hiding from the growth you know is waiting for you. I need you to show up and be part of this movement. And when you do, you’ll find that the world starts to shift in ways you never imagined.
I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on where I’m going and where I’ve been. And one thing became crystal clear: It was time to update my business card to reflect my journey and my mission more authentically. “Healer” was no longer enough to capture the depth of the work I do. I added the word “guide”. The healing work we do if really more about guiding you back to who you truly are. Helping you peel away the layers that don’t serve you, the ones that hide your true power. It’s about helping you step into your authenticity, your purpose, your soul’s mission.
But I wasn’t done. I sat with it a little longer, and a deep knowing began to emerge. There was a third word that was calling to me. I’ve always believed in the power of three—the magic, the balance. I knew that the third word had to capture the bigger part of my mission and purpose.
The world I see in my heart is one of love, unity, abundance, and joy. A world where we stop focusing on our differences and instead celebrate them as the beautiful source of our diversity. A world that is kind, safe, inclusive. A world where every person is empowered to show up as their true, authentic selves. I see this world so clearly, and I’m going to do everything in my power to create it—starting with you.
That’s when the word “visionary” came to me. And let me be honest: At first, I resisted it. I thought, “Who am I to call myself a visionary?” It felt like too much. It felt too big. I was afraid of what people would think. I feared that others would think it was egotistical, or that I was somehow putting myself above others. But here’s the thing: I realized that sometimes the words that scare us the most are the very ones that we need to step into our next level of growth.
In that moment of discomfort, I got it. It wasn’t about arrogance. It wasn’t about inflating my ego. It was about owning my truth. It was about accepting the calling that has been placed on my heart, even if it feels overwhelming or too big for me to fully grasp right now. And that’s where the magic is—stepping into the discomfort, stretching beyond your limits, allowing yourself to be bigger than you ever thought possible.
I’m not just here to be a healer. I’m not just here to guide you. I’m here to be a visionary. To show you that we can rise above the old, outdated stories that keep us small, keep us in fear. We are being called to awaken to our full potential. And I’m here to help you do that.
So, now my business card reads: Healer. Guide. Visionary.
And why am I sharing this with you?
Because I want you to more clearly understand the direction I’m going. I want you to see where this is all headed. And I hope you will come with me. I envision more of you showing up to the workshops, ceremonies, and retreats. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. This is your invitation to step into the next chapter of your life. If you know someone who’s been yearning for something more, someone who feels disconnected from their true self, bring them along.
But here’s the deeper reason I’m sharing this with you: I want you to feel inspired to step into a greater version of yourself. I want you to know that it’s okay to stretch beyond your comfort zone. In fact, it’s necessary.
We all have that inner voice telling us there’s more for us. But that voice is often drowned out by our fears. The fear of judgment. The fear of not being enough. The fear of change. The fear of stepping into the unknown. But I’m telling you now: Your greatest power lies on the other side of that fear. You have to choose growth. You have to choose yourself.
Humanity is shifting. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Consciousness is elevating. The change is happening. But if you don’t see it, I invite you to look past the fear and negativity that the world bombards us with. Don’t let the news keep you trapped in fear. Choose to make the shift yourself. Choose to stand in your power. Choose to be the change you want to see in the world.
I’m here to help you navigate this transformation. I’m here to guide you as you reclaim your authentic self. I’m here to help you heal so that you can step into your power and contribute to this collective shift toward a better, more loving, compassionate world.
Together, we will create a world of love, unity, abundance, and joy. But it starts with you. It starts with showing up, doing the work, and being willing to step outside of your comfort zone.
If you’re ready to make this shift, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. You are not alone in this. We are in this together, and together, we will rise.
Let’s create this world—our world—together.
